
In the Sunday evening Veretekk web conference Tom talked about changing his lifestyle. He has quit smoking, drinking, started working out, and is on a diet. One thing I've learned from him once he sets his mind to something he will get it done. It's now been 2 weeks since he lit up and he is going strong. This state of the week recording is mostly talking breaking out of where you are and taking it to a new level. Tom is leading by example here. He has a goal to loose 50 lbs. It sounds like he is one the right track.
