Veretekk... The Design of a Website Training

Yesterday in Tom Prendergast's advanced training he shared with us how he puts together a website design. He is working on a new MLM traffic portal that's almost finished. Most of the training consisted of how he designed the site so it will be SE friendly and webserfer friendly. It's amazing the work and time that goes into to his traffic portal (website) design. That is the reason we have such a wonderful system to use with Veretekk, because a lot of time, effort, sweat, blood, and tears went into it.

Tom also talks about towards the end of the training about how to choose a good stable MLM company to do business with. You know if you are going to put your time and effort into someting you don't want it to be out of business in a few years. He uses my primary company as an example.

MTT TEST Update

I've had lots of inquiry's over the weekend about MTT. I finally got to the place so I could spend time with my family and away from my business I had to shut down the comments for MTT TEST posts. I learned a long time ago that if you are going to allow comments on a blog or forum you have to keep an eye on it or it can get out of hand. There is so much stuff out on the net that I know for a fact that isn't true that I really want to keep my test results here with just facts that I know to be true.

What I'm testing here is the MTT service not the affiliate program. The way I see it a company will not survive very long if they don't have and excellent product or service to deliver. In my primary company we have that. That's one of the reasons it has been in business for 50 years this year.

OK on to my test results so far... The site's I'm having optimized have passed 30 day time period. When I look in my back office I haven't seen anything change for 2 weeks. I know they had server issues a week ago so that could be some of the problem. I signed up for the affiliate program so I should get a rebate back on the sites I'm having optimized. When I go log into the back office (the affiliate part) it say's it's down for maintence. So I'm not seeing any new affiliate stats... not that it really matters to me... remember it's the service I'm more conserned with right now.

Today was the day that I was to recieve the first affiliate commission check according to an email I had gotten a few weeks back. This morning I log into my affiliate site and see that there is a link that says OVERIDES DUE NOW. If you click on it you get a message that says: Commission Statements will be loaded for your account at midnight GMT on the 1st JUNE 2006, please return then. I will be returning to that site again tomorrow to see if I'm able to process the rebate affiliate check.

It's been one of those Days...

Do you ever feel like you take 2 steps forward then one step backward? Well that's kind of how my day went today. I started out this morning deciding to move my conference room vendor to Vereconference I knew something wasn't right when I couldn't open the link to verify my Vereconference site. I really had it all planned out.... this morning I was going to get the new room and then take training on the Vereconference room tonite... then change it over tomorrow. Well... by the time of Tom Prendergast's training, basically the whole Veretekk system became very slow and eventually went down completely. So much so that I wasn't able to do my basic's and configuration training.

I did record Tom's training today and there is some good content, the video stinks since the servers were struggling. Anyway if you missed it there is some good information and if you listen to enough of this SEO stuff long enough that it starts to click and all come into place. There is some really good informatio about forums and posting to them for SEO.

Something I noticed Tom talking about in this training is when you have a black or dark background site it will not rate as high in the Search Engines. So this is an FYI... if you have a dark or black background site you probably need to listen to what Tom has to say here.

MTT Test Update

I really don't have very much new to report on my More Than Traffic Test. MTT did have there servers go down late last week. Since that time I have had trouble logging into my client stats page. I'm working with Jean and Simon to get this fixed but so far I don't have access. I still have 2 of my 3 sites with domain names and both have about 1000 extension pages built.

As I have more to report I'll be posting my updates here on this blog. My expected delivery date is in August to meet their guarantee. Time will tell how this test turns out.

This is a really awesome training on basic html. I never thought I could be awake enough at 12 midnight to get anything out of a training, but that wasn't the case last night. I really don't think the recording will be the same as being there, but at the same time I'm sure you will pick some things. I used a different recording style for this recording so you could see the messages in the text area. Really that's the only way you will be able to follow along is to copy and paste what he showing us to do.

Have you ever felt like you have been around to the block so to speak on the net, but then you were introduced to Veretekk and realize you have lots to learn. Well that's how I was when I first started learning the Veretekk system. Sometimes when I think of learing all there is to know in Veretekk it reminds me of our mules and my husband & I training them. If you didn't know it Mules are very smart creatures and you have to learn how they think to be successful in training. Gosh we thought we were pretty savy at training animals till we started training Mules.

In a way it's a little like that with Veretekk as you get to know Tom Prendergast CEO and Mike Darling Pres you start to understand why and how this Veretekk system is put together. Here is Tom's Advanced SEO class from Tuesday. I didn't get to listen to this class live, because of phone calls.. but when I listened the next morning I was on cloud 9. In the recording he starts talking about MLM portals and I knew my name was on the list for an MLM portal for my primary business... but when I heard him say mine is next on the list!!! WOW... what can I say... it made my day!

Mother's Day Veretekk Update

Happy Mothers Day! After a beautiful day it was relaxing just to sit back and listen to this conference and get my mind back into business. In this update... Veretekk announces another profit portal (dish network) on this conference. Another really great feature that was announced is the advanced search in the premium leads section.

Also there was some information given about Verimail and uploading lists. Anyone who has lists they have purchased this tracking feature in verimail will tell you how good your list actually is. If more people used verimail the lead companies would be weeded out quickly. Put it this way there are a lots of junk lead companies out there that need to quit ripping people off.

More than Traffic TEST Update

There sure seems to be lots of nay-sayers talking about this program. Most of the nay-sayers I've seen haven't actually tried and tested this program. I don't understand how anyone can speak or give information one way or the other till they have tested it for themselves, and that's exactly what I'm doing.

I started my test about a month ago. (April 11th to be exact) So far I haven't seen any red flags at all coming from MTT. All the cautions have come from people who are writing about it but haven't tried it! I have even had a few comments on this blog, but not one nay-sayer has actually tried it. Anytime I see or hear from these people I think about all the great inventions in the world and how many people told them it couldn't be done. Kinda puts it all in perspective doesn't it!

I now have 2 of my 3 websites that they are optimizing for me at the level of having a new domain name and over 1000 extension pages on it. Last week I had only 1 at that level. This process started on April 20th and is expected to last 30 days according to my back office.

I'm not really conserned with the affiliate or franchise program they have. I know there has to be a good stable product first or the rest doesn't matter. There isn't a company that will make it very long without a good stable product or service to offer. It's the product I'm testing here guys.

I did get an email from Jean at MTT this morning reminding me when the commissions will be paid. I guess any one who purchased and they recieved the money before April 29th will have a icon in their back office to pick up their commission for April on May 31st. The orders I placed under myself will fit into the April commissions so I will update those who are interested the affiliate program in a couple of weeks.

I do get quite a few emails from MTT with incentives to either purchase optimized sites or about recruting for the affiliate and or franchise program. I guess that only makes sense because in order for MTT to grow they need a new stream of people. Any strong stable company does this too.

Probably one of the strongest most stable companies is my primary company. They have been in business for 50 years. I imagine back when they started there were plenty of nay-sayers then too, but all of those naysayers were proven wrong. My primary company is the #1 natural nutrition company in the USA.

I think they have paid out something like 3 billion dollars in commissions. I know of a distributor making a residual income to the tune of $3000 in a day. I must add though... he has stuck with this company for 41 years it didn't happen overnight guys. Heck in my primary company they just finished with an incentive called the $100,000 masters challange. I know I got kind of side tracked here, but I just want you to understand where I'm coming from and why it's not suprising to me why MTT would send out emails encouraging more sales.

I promised a few people that would record this training. I must say I'm really disapointed with the sound quality especially at the first of the session. I'm still working on the adjusting of my new sound system so bare with me OK. As the recording progresses it get's a little better though.

Cindy's MTT Test Update

Well it's been a week since I last updated you on the More Than Traffic Program I'm testing.

To get the full update go down are read my other blog posts. I have a login for the first of my 3 sites that I'm testing. The first site to progress is their affiliate program (www.traffic4U2.com) I have a keyword rich domain name and over 1000 extension pages started so far. According to the questions section of the login for the first URL, I'll have over 5000 extensions to the main domain before the software is finished.

If you were like me you are curious to what some of the extensions are... well they are very keyword rich combinations of words that are highly searched terms! I just finished going through and checking most of them in some of my keyword tools and it's impressive to me.

Most of you know I've been marketing on the net for sometime and I have purchased and tested many programs over the years. This software most reminds me of a software program came with an ebook I purchased that would put different combinations of keywords together to make a large list for a PPC campaign. I don't even have access to that tool anymore. I remember how cool it was to keep PPC costs low by using different combinations of words not many people would take the time to find and bid on.

In the case of MTT optimizing sites they are putting together combinations highly searched keywords to make up all of the extension pages. I'm not able to see the content of these pages yet, or the main domain content yet. According to my client site backoffice, I'm in stage 3 and will be here for 30 days. I'm going on my second week of stage 3 now. I think there are 10 or 11 stages total.

Please remember I'm testing this program an it will be 4 months before the test is finished. Until my test is finished I'll be like a race horse wearing blinders.. shutting out everything positive and negative until I can draw my own conclusions. The cool thing for you I'll be reporting my findings here.

Oh by the way.. after several rounds with my ISP providers the last week.. I think I'm back up and running with at stable internet connection. Get this... my husband was the one who suggested that the techincian look at the box on the outside of the house for some loose wires. Well it wasn't a loose wire but it had been wired wrong. I think the reason I just started having trouble is because the company is adding on more and more suscribers everyday and are running out of bandwidth. I upgraded my service to a higher upload and download speed so my system will get the speed first before the new suscribers coming on.

Cindy's Veretekk Update

Sometimes I feel like I'm living out in the wilderness, in a way I really am when it comes to technology. If you hadn't noticed... I'm having trouble with my ISP service so the recording from last night didn't turn out at all. Most of you know I live in a rural area, so we don't have options for ISP service like most of you do. Most of the time I don't even notice an interuption until I get into a conference room. It's like my service has the hiccups. Between me and the service tech he narrowed it down to a DSL card that is out at the highway. The service tech said they didn't have any in stock, they are on backorder and not expected to be in till the end of the week. Long story short... I might not get a good recording this week or even get through a training session with out being knocked out of the room frequently.

I'm going to try to go through the highlights of the Sunday Veretekk Conference Update at least what I heard. Tom had been doing lots of testing this week working out bugs in the system. There have been some that have had trouble upgrading to gold. That has been fixed. There is a bug in the drill after you do so many pages you get an page can't be displayed they are still working on that. He was even testing as in the conference room having everyone tell him what they saw when he would bring up a piticular page and then asking where people who didn't get it " where do you live" (I'm not sure what that was all about.. I got only half of it because I lost connection)

Tom did ask for testimonials from people who have made it to the top of the search engines and some of their successes. I kept loosing connection so even though I really wanted to que up and and share my good results I didn't. There was probably lots more on this update that I missed. If anyone has anything to add just post a comment.

More Than Traffic TEST Update

As most of you know I've been testing this MTT program for a little over 3 weeks now. There was a conference call last week that was at the same time I was training in the Veretekk System. I persoally wasn't able to attend but several of reported to me how the conference went. So here is my update.

The Conference was really more about that ACE company than MTT. The MTT CEO had trouble accessing the conference room so the room moderator relayed messages to the group. I was told they were communicating via MSN messanger. It sounds like the CEO of MTT is Simon Baxter. That is the same person as my Webmaster that was assigned to me and everyone else that I've talked to has gotten same Webmaster.

I'm thinking although MTT looks like a big company on the outside I'm starting to think it is run by just a few people. In my eyes that is fine.. hey I'm all for the little guy on the net. I come to this conclusion because I remember Jean emailing me when I first signed up and telling me Simon has been sick and will answer my questions when he gets back. So far I've only communicated with Jean and Simon and yes they have answered all my questions.

My MTT3 package that I ordered is in stage 3 and according to the website will be at that stage for 30 days. I'm getting a autoresponder at least once a week that tells me how my site's are progressing and the expected delivery time is on schedule. My friend Ty Rivers who is a week ahead of me in MTT said he is also in stage 3. He has gotten the URL's and been able to see the splash pages they designed for him. Ty said they look very nice, lots of facts, short and to the point, then at the bottom they direct to the URL the site was set up for.

One thing I have noticed in the email autresponders they do mention about purchasing more site's to optimize to help your results. To some that may sound like they are just wanting more money. But to me I know that the more site's you have out there on the net to link to the better results you will have. Anyone who has been successful at making it to the top of the search engines knows this. It's all on how you percieve what they are asking.

As more information comes in I'll be posting it on this blog. Time will tell how my test will turn out.
